Megret

Megret is the Marketing Coordinator at SERVPRO of Big Bear Lake. She has experience as an insurance agent, co-owner of a construction company, office manager, and customer service representative. She hobbies include bike riding, yoga, and hangliding!

Andrew

Andrew is an experienced Production Crew Chief. He is WRT and ASD Certified.

Andrew has experience in many facets of construction and a winning way with people.

He enjoys hiking with his dog, Blou Dogg, playing disc golf, cooking when not at work.

Jake Dehne

Jake has been with our franchise since the Fall of 2017.  He can wear many hats while working. He is WRT and Xactimate trained. 

Sometimes he is the first one to a job and can be seen deciding the remediation work plan.

He is often in the office working up the quote in Xactimate that will be sent to the insurance company.

He enjoys snow boarding, fishing, and biking. He has lived in Big Bear Valley for over 20 years and is very familiar with the weather and the roads.

Chris Yeager

Chris has been a member of our production crew since in the early summer of 2018.

He is WRT Certified and received the highest score of all our staff!

When he is on the job you will see him doing demo work, setting drying equipment, and doing monitoring.  

When not at work he enjoys sitting at the beach and he really enjoys watching hockey.

Ashley Whitman

Ashley is our Office Administrator and her responsibilities include handling the phones, the bookkeeping, working with the crew on the job scheduling, and coordinating team training.

Ashley enjoys gem mining, walking the lake, and pretty much anything else done outdoors.

Ashley will soon be WRT certified.
